Ioannis Tegos with a long experience in design and management, he has been extensively involved in most of the company’s civil, structural and transportation projects, consulting services, general planning, administration and management of public and private projects. He has excellent collaboration abilities with international companies and has successfully coordinated and accomplished bridge designs as well as designs of complex and international scale projects. He is in charge of the company’s management by applying modern practices and processes to develop and achieve strategic goals. In addition he manages the implementation of financial programs aiming at reduced design and services costs, improving quality, productivity and business processes.

Konstantinos Lefakis is an experienced designer and project manager of public and private sector projects. Beyond the above he has extended his career through organizing and promoting artistic events. He has been involved in drawing and graphic design. At the same time he worked on AUTH as a teacher of design. He has also written a great number of articles about art and published books.

Nikolaos Nanousis manages private and public design contracts or consultant’s services contracts in Greece or abroad. He has experience of more than 20 years in design and management of multidisciplinary building or infrastructure projects, new or existing ones. He constantly updates his technical/scientific knowledge following the global advances through the foreign bibliography. He pursues the clients’ satisfaction and the consolidation of stable relations with them, while in parallel shares bonds with his collaborators and leverages their skills.

Manos Tourpalis is one of the experienced in both design and management executives of the firm. Architect, with postgraduate studies in bioclimate architecture, he has participated, as a designer or/and project manager, in wide-ranging and numerous desings of small and large-scale public and private sector projects. Currently, as head of architectural projects dept, also deals with issues of general coordination, training, etc.

Nikolaos Chalatis is a founding member of the company and one of its most experienced executives. As a project manager he has managed numerous public and private projects at design level, bearing structures and especially road works.

Ifigeneia Douka is a founding member of the company and one of its most experienced executives. As a project manager she has been involved in a great number of public and private sector projects, concerning either design or project management. She has developed the ability to collaborate excellently with international offices and has successfully coordinated complex projects with international involvement.

Georgios Karakostas is a member of the company and one of its experienced executives. He has been involved in the design of a large number of small to big scale projects of public and private sector, in architecture, sustainable design, urban regeneration and infrastructure, as senior architect and as project manager.

Faidros Avdis is an architect and member of the company. He has participated in a wide range of public and private sector projects as a designer and project manager.

Katerina Badola has significant experience on integral technical services, starting from initial architectural design and planning, to general project coordination and down to construction monitoring services, during projects’ implementation phase. As senior architect and general coordinator in METE SYSM, she has taken over numerous large scale projects, for a great variety of special uses, such as shopping centers, hospitality, healthcare, administration complexes and urban spaces, along with all their support uses, in Greece and abroad.

Ζoe Antonopoulou has 25 years of experience in design and analysis of bridges and buildings of public and private projects at design level and project team coordinator.

Ilias Papadopoulos has specialized in bridge engineering structures as well as earthquake-resistant design. Ilias has more than 20 years of experience in design and analysis of numerous buildings, bridges and special civil engineering structures, of the public and private sector in Greece and abroad, at the design level as well as a project manager.

Sotirios Mellis has 20 years of experience in buildings, bridges and special civil engineering projects design. Since 2015 he deals with public and private projects at design level as a project manager.

Joanna Diplari has many years of experience in road and transportation planning and designing, such highways, interchanges, parkings and other traffic arrangements in general, mostly with public projects. In the framework of her cooperation with METE SYSM she works as a project manager or as a member of the team. Since 2015 is a member of METE SYSM surveying department.

Apostolos Charisoudis has many years experiance in road and transportation planning and designing, such as highways, interchanges, parkings etc., as a project manager or as a member of the team. Since 2015 is a member of METE SYSM surveying department.

Ioannis Chatzopoulos is a founder and main partner of SYSM GP, specialized on structural and civil engineering projects. Construction Manager of a major part of the Contracts for the construction of the Infrastructure Works of the Thessaloniki Industrial Area in Sindos. From 1986 to 1991: President of the Executive Committee of the “Organization of Thessaloniki”, designated and authorized for the design and implementation of the “Structural Urban Plan and the Environmental Protection Program for the Thessaloniki Wider Area”, working on the planning and supervision of major urban planning and infrastructure projects. In 1991 joined METE SYSM, merger of METE and SYSM, as the Head of the Highway and Traffic Design Department. He worked as Team Leader of multidisciplinary design groups coordinating, supervising and reviewing the design of major projects as: Sections of the PATHE Motorway, Thessaloniki External Ring Road, Thessaloniki Submerged Tunnel.
He retired in 2016.

Kostas Sortikos is a founding member of the company and one of its most experienced executives with a long experience in design and management. As former managing director he involved in private and public design contracts or consultant’s services contracts in Greece or abroad.

Georgios Patlakas is a partner with many years of experience in buildings, bridges and special civil engineering projects design.

Anastasia Avramidou, participate on private and public building projects study, design, buill of quantities, material market research, coordination between all different engineering studies.

Yiannis Tsangaris as a member of METE SYSM scheme has been involved in the design of a large number of small to big scale projects of public and private sector, in architecture and infrastructure. As a freelance architect, before joining METE SYSM, Yiannis has undertaken a wide range of commissions in a multitude of scales, including housing, hospitality, restoration of listed buildings and infrastructure.

Christina Brozou is a member of METE SYSM architectural team, working on a variety of building projects ranging from shopping malls, hotels, health care and educational institutions to parkings.

Eleni Chalati is engaged in a wide range of activities, including architectural and graphic design, multimedia and object design. In addition, she takes part in the art direction and development of services for many teams and companies. At METE SYSM, she participates in the design of commercial, hospitality and healthcare projects, she creates 3D models and visualisations, while focusing on development through the implementation of the BIM model.

Panagiotis Digkas has lengthy experience in building design and technical works in public and private projects. He has developed the ability to work seamlessly in cooperation with overseas civil engineering companies.

Thanassis Tzanavaris has more than 18 years of professional experience in design and analysis of buildings, bridges, tunnels and special civil engineering structures in Greece and abroad.

Avgerinos Chalatis has more than 10 years of professional experience in design and analysis of steel structures, buildings, bridges and special civil engineering structures in Greece and abroad.

Sotirios Tegos has an active contribution as a civil engineer and designer in numerous projects mainly in the bridge engineering sector and specifically in overseas projects. Sotirios is also involved in the field of earthquake-resistant design of structures and has an extensive knowledge of civil engineering software and various design tools.

Efthimia Grantzidou is an experienced CAD Drafter in buildings, bridges and special civil engineering projects. In addition she prepares the bill of quantities of private and public projects.

Simeon Salonidis is an experienced CAD Drafter in buildings, bridges and special civil engineering projects. In addition he prepares the bill of quantities of private and public projects. He also carries out the necessary tasks to ensure the smooth running of the company’s operations in relation to public services and banks.

Vilma-Valeria Bouzou is in charge of Quality & Environmental Management System ISO and is responsible for invoice issuing, receipts and other accounting services. She has high communication skills and is proficient in efficient resource management.

Aristi Tegou is in charge of the tender documents preparation, handling the process in order for the company to participate in the public tenders. As a philologist and with the knowledge of a relevant seminar she undertakes the correcting and editing of texts, whenever required. She also records the minutes of the board of directors as well as the minutes of the annual general meeting. She is known for her emphasis on detail, patience, hard work and team spirit.

Konstantinos Nikou got professional experience as an A’ Class accountant and tax advisor. He has been working in private sector businesses since 2003 and presently he run his own accountant office.
