The functions of the accessibility bar the user has activated are stored in local cookie files. The browsing pages remember these options resulting in a user-friendly browsing. The functions stored in cookies are the opening state of the accessibility bar and the shortcuts sidebar as well (open/closed), the high contrast/grayscale mode, the font resizing and the text highlighting. TAB navigation is always enabled, whether the accessibility bar is open or closed.
